Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this ghee so expensive?
Firstly, please see if you're comparing the price of cow milk ghee with buffalo milk ghee. The amount of ghee that can be extracted from cream of cow milk is lesser than that of Buffalo (the fat content of buffalo milk is higher than cow milk), and thus more milk is used to make cow ghee.

Secondly, our ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method which involves churning. This process is time-consuming and had some sort of wastage, contributing to the cost of ghee.

Furthermore, it might also be an unfair comparison to compare handmade ghee with mass-machine-produced ghee that popular brands sell. Our customers buy our ghee again and again not because it is cheap but because it's pure and of highest quality.
